I feel the need to let you know the exemplary service your company provided to us during a difficult and tedious task of our annual Alarm Certification. This is quite a process as we have 15 floors and hundreds of residential units plus dozens of commercial units. Less than an hour into the operation, the alarm technician completely shorted the Fire-Service interface circuit disabling all 3 elevators. This would cause a catastrophe should any other problems arise and a large part of the building population need access to the elevators. Kencor was notified and onsite in less than 30 minutes and the situation was rectified immediately – which we have grown to expect over our relationship with Kencor!

The next day, our community suffered a power outage long enough to have our generator system take over allowing all of our cars to park at our Lobby floor one at a time... the service car picked back up and continued to operate flawlessly. We just wanted to simply say “Well Done!

Kencor’s team worked closely with Norwood during submittals, and then during construction to assure a quality installation.  All work was performed on time, on schedule, and within our project budget.  The Brandywine 6 project was a big success for Norwood, Henderson and Franklin Mint.  We firmly believe Kencor is one of the reasons this project was successful, and would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.
