Educational Assistance Program
Kencor, Inc. offers an Educational Assistance Program with reimbursements for full-time eligible employees who want to pursue professional development through courses, degree programs, or examinations.
If you join as a Field Employee at Kencor, Inc., you’ll participate in a health and safety orientation, as well as weekly safety training classes. If you are not already a Certified Elevator Technician (CET) at your time of hire, Kencor, Inc. will sponsor you to enroll in an elevator industry-approved CET licensing program, all the way through to your exam.
